Job Summary

• Responsible to drive Agency Channel through branches and other point of sales. Working
  
• closely with branches to onboard quality agents and motivate them to bring in business.
  
• Conducting Trainings and Awareness Sessions. Should play the role to train other staff of the
  
• company so that they can provide quality trainings to Agents. Enhancing Agents’ activation rate
  
• by way of various engagement activities.
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, motivational and strategic skills
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Life Insurance Company or has worked as Agency Manager for more than 5 years
