Guest Service Agent / Receptionist

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years
Professional Skill Required	:	Management Communication Organizational Hospitality Interpersonal Skills

Able to provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to the guests
Greet guest and anticipate their needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently & appropriately to guest concern and requests
Handle all guest complaints in a professional manner
Able to generate the final bill from the POS system and offer to guest for settlement
Able to have a complete understanding of the Front desk Standard Operating Procedures
Must participate in staff's training and briefings
Undertaking front desk service duties
Administering check-in and check-outs
Assigning rooms and issuing keys
Delivering mail and messages
Processing guest payments and managing bills
Coordinating with porters, concierge, kitchen staff and housekeeping
Acting as a central source of information for guests during their stay
Coordinating third-party services such as tour guides, taxis, airport transfers and rental cars
