Job Description

Responsible To: Resident Manager

Primary Purpose:

  • The core function of the GRO is to host the guest and manage all aspects of their stay to maximize guest experience


  • Facilitate and Efficiently handle guest’s check in and check out including briefing on arrival
  • Assists the Resident Manager in coordinating day to day operation and guests’ itinerary
  • Oversees and administer the day-to-day activities of the guests and ensure productive, efficient and smooth operations of front desk
  • Maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently requested company information
  • Bill printing and cash collection at the time of check outs
