  • Maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
  • Ensure Team Members work at a pace to maintain the organisation's established speed of service guidelines and with a sense of purpose and urgency to maximise productivity
  • Ensure that Team Members monitor the dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Liaise with Guest Relations Team Members, Housekeepers, and Servers to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
  • Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress
  • Strictly adheres to all the organisation policies and procedures
  • Conduct interviews, complete new hire paperwork and conduct orientations
  • Assist with creating venue goals and implementing systems to reach goals
  • Conduct regular meetings with leaders to share pertinent information and create positive lines of communication
  • Work closely with other restaurant leaders, managers and directors
  • Conduct disciplinary actions as needed
  • Deliver team member reviews in a timely manner
