  •  Should be able to professionally handle the guests.
  •  Should have fluency in spoken English and Hindi language.
  •  Should be able to deal professionally with the concerned stakeholders.
  • Should have knowledge about the tour operating process and tourist destinations of Nepal (Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Nagarkot and most importantly Muktinath)
  •  Should be able to work in a team
  •  Must possess a valid two wheeler license
  • Should be able to work under pressure and on flexible hours


  • Preference shall be given to candidates having Bachelors Degree 

Job Description

  • Picking up guests from airports at flexible hours and briefing the guests about their travel plan.
  • Accompanying guests during their voyage as per their tour package if required.
  • Dealing with the stakeholders including vehicle rentals, hotels, eateries etc.
  • Assisting guests for their payments and settlements.
  • Tracking and keeping records of each guest before and during their voyage.
  • Promoting the facilities and services offered by the company to the guests while touring.
  • Ensuring that the guests are receiving facilities of all kind from the company while touring.
  • Keeping track and record of the activities that the guests have been engaged in while touring.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with other departments including sales and finance for reassuring the guests’ tour packages.
  • Collecting feedbacks / suggestions from the guests regarding the entertained services.
  • Ensuring a happy, safe and comfortable journey.
  • Dealing with the complexities and issues of any kind with dedication and diplomacy.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress and tally report to the concerned supervisor.
  • Freshers are motivated for application.
