• Two ladies GRH will be stationed at current guard desk at ground floor
  
• One GRH roams around all the floor 8:30 AM to 9.30 AM in HO main building and collects the property issues and complains
• Should properly greet all the staffs mainly unit heads, senior managers with proper  good mornings and with a good smile
• Should have ability to  properly take complains  from staff and pass it to Property FM team  members. Does not get irritated since  property job will always have complaints no matter how much we deliver
• Should have ability to diplomatically say no to non core activities of property like Ticketing vehicle arrangement, mobile payments
• Provide solutions and guidance to staffs if they  are stuck for such activities like guide staffs to raise e Proc  for ticketing
