Job profile 
The employee responsibilities include:

• The management of the Guest House & Restaurant
• Formulating and implementing marketing strategies Ensuring that the costs are controlled throughout the business 
• Ensuring that revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered
• Managing and supervising the front office operation.
• Training of the students in front office operation.

Your profile 
We expect you to:

• Have a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent 5 to 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry including experience in a management position in 3 to 5 stars hotel.
• Experience abroad is a plus. 
• Be business oriented with experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results. Have experience in sales & marketing and event management. 
• Have excellent leadership, communication skills and proactive mind. 
• Have excellent English skills.
