Graphic Designer of Marco Nepal is responsible to successfully complete all the layout and graphic designing functions of the company and its clients within specified deadline. In his/her work, Graphic Designer follows the team and client's  vision, mission and values. As a member of a cross functional team, he/she is required to manage the assigned work and maintain a decent relationship across all operations within the company.

Reports To: The co-founder

Responsibilities:

• Design and review graphics, layouts and suggest/make improvements as needed
• Forge and execute exciting digital ideas for online and offline ads
• Get the ads designed from team members and review them
• Design and produce print-ready layouts for use in newspaper, magazine in a daily deadline environment
• Design marketing materials and sales flyers when required
• Produce quality work and strive for improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Check and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
• Adhere to the company policies and procedures
• Resolve the issues within the team in time Foster team work
• Attend meetings
• Maintain a decent work relation across all the departments
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Meet or exceed the daily design requirements
• Discuss key issues, concerns and propose solutions for betterment of designs
• Work on daily designing goals
• Ruminate the reviews and constructive criticism of design work
