Create professional and stunning logos, designs, social media posts as per requirement
Ability to work in tandem with other developers and designers in web and application development and has good understanding of UI/UX
Comfortable creating mockups for website or good understanding of Figma or similar tool

Job Description

Creative - First of all, a graphic designer must be creative to come up with new ideas and innovative designs. An essential part of design is having a strong visual eye for good design
Organized - Must be able to juggle multiple projects at once and keep design elements consistent
Mathematically Inclined - Math skills are useful in creating layouts and final mechanical files to fit a publication’s specifications
Detail and Deadline Oriented - Ability to produce projects to tight deadlines without errors or inconsistencie
Handles Rejection - Getting rejected and dealing with clients’ evolving opinions are part of the process
Communication Skills - They are often required to create and pitch concepts to clients. Designers may be required to give presentations to clients and in-house staff, so they must have excellent verbal and written skills to explain design elements clearly – with little-to-no technical jargon – and successfully. When coaching subordinates or freelancers, graphic artists must provide feedback with tact and understanding
Self-Motivated and Knowledgeable - A graphic designer must stay on-task to produce deliverables according to tight deadlines and publication dates. Additionally, he or she should understand the history of design and typography well enough to know which fonts, colors, and layouts will appeal to certain audiences
Patient - Clients can be difficult, so designers have to be willing to roll with the punches and let ideas develop according to changing demands
Reliable - Work has to be consistent and on time
Constantly Evolving - Great designers don’t get stuck in a rut. Designers must stay up to date on design trends and changes in technology, because design is constantly evolving
