• Design content for Facebook Page, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
• Regularly communicate with Marketing and Sales Department personnel about content development, topics, and opportunities
• Create and edit short videos, animations and gifs using raw footage captured on set with camera phones by Social Coordinators
• Develop design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and interactive design
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
• Multitask and manage numerous projects in a very fast-paced environment. Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a team, sit in meetings, and communicate closely with others, sometimes even during off-hours
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create images that identify a product or convey a message
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
