Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Graphic Designer of New Business Age (P) Ltd. is responsible to successfully complete all the layout and graphic designing functions of the company and its publications within specified deadline. In his/her work, Graphic Designer follows the corporate vision, mission and values.  As a member of the senior management team, he/she is required to manage the assigned team and maintain a decent work relationship across all departments within the company.

REPORTS TO: News Editor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and review graphics, layouts and suggest/make improvements as needed
  • Forge and execute exciting digital ideas for online and offline ads
  • Get the ads designed from team members and review them
  • Design and produce print-ready layouts for use in newspaper or magazine in a daily deadline environment
  • Design marketing materials and sales flyers when required
  • Produce quality work and strive for improvements in a fast-paced environment
  • Check and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
  • Adhere to the company policies and procedures
  • Lead/coach, coordinate and assign duties and responsibilities to the assigned team as needed
  • Resolve the issues within the team in time and bring the same to the notice of higher authorities when required
  • Foster team work
  • Attend meetings
  • Maintain a decent work relation across all the departments
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES: 

  • Meet or exceed the daily design requirements
  • Discuss key issues, concerns and propose solutions for betterment of designs.
  • Work on daily designing goals
  • Ruminate the reviews and constructive criticism of design work
