A web designer's job duties cover all aspects of creating a new design.Upon meeting with clients and assessing their needs, web designers help create and maintain the product. The online marketing executive is responsible for carrying out all aspects of online marketing through a range of different digital media.

• Designing sample page layouts including text size and colours
  
• Graphic Design and Animation
  
• Registering web domain names and organising the hosting of the website
  
• Presenting initial design ideas to clients
  
• Coding using a variety of software
  
• Search engine optimisation
  
• Proofreading content and making changes where necessary
  
• Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages
  
• Working with other web specialists including web developers and graphic designers
  
• Researching current design trends
  
• Creating banners and landing pages to drive sales/leads.
  
• Proven graphic designing experience
  
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  
• Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc)
  
• Highly proficient in all design aspects
