Job Description

  • Ability to build a deep understanding of our brand identity and target audience
  • Prioritizes tasks and projects according to businesses' needs and turn-around times
  • Actively learns new techniques to be more proficient in their design skills, sharing learnings in collaboration with other members of the design team
  • Exceptional eye for design with a strong curiosity to understand the needs of our teams and prospects. Clearly communicates creative ideas and collaborates with internal and external partners/teams.
  • Understand and support the importance of an iterative design process with feedback from our teams.
  • Strategize and design high-profile marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams both inside and outside Marketing
  • Collaborate on projects with content writers, web developers & other team members of the company
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate new creative elements into our work
  • Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other types of digital content that will be presented online
  • Ensures products conform to all production standards, copywrite laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances* Conducts technical quality checks
