• Deliver bold, refreshing designs within IMC and brand identity systems, giving direction to junior team members.
• Undertake original design and creative work as per the requirement
• Design supporting graphics, build comps, prepare meeting materials, and layout presentation decks, conduct image searches, create mood boards, and assist the creative team as directed.
• Proficient knowledge of social media styles, trends and sizing guidelines.
• Ability to export optimized web ready assets.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic element.
• Prepare print and production files and package and release design files plus proofing as required.
• Manage and organize asset and image libraries, project files/drives, templates, and other resources.
• Implement rounds of team revisions with speed, quality, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with copywriters and creative directors to produce a final design.
• Lead creative team to quickly create compelling visuals, from initial components to final assets for digital/social and print.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite of products, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• An exceptional eye for detail, ensuring delivery meets the specifications and identifying areas of weakness in a design and the ability to proactively solve those problems
• Detail oriented with designs and organized with file management.
• Ability to sketch , explain, brainstorm creative ideas and apply them to projects.
