Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in social science, administration, or related study
  • 2 years work experience in NGO, INGO, or government-related field
  • Excellent managerial skills and decision making ability
  • Be able to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Nepali
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and work efficiently
  • Ability to type in Nepali
  • Ability to think critically
  • Have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient skills in using computer programs (Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Powerpoint, CRM)

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain all needed registrations, renewals, and government documents on the district and central level
  • Communicate with government offices concerning INGO registration or other necessary processes
  • Communicate with INGO/NGO staff regarding any change in existing policies that will affect the projects
  • Help arrange any CPAC, DPAC, MPAC, Social Audit, or other government evaluation
  • Assist Government Liaison Manager in any needed tasks regarding government work
  • Ensure NGO partners are all following government requirements
  • Write documents and MOUs regarding government approvals and renewals
  • Remain aware of government changes or current events regarding how it will affect INGO/NGO work
  • Train staff in government procedures and policies that would affect the work
