Key responsibilities : 

• Governance and Accountability Specialist ensures application of program quality and accountability intervention at every level
• S/he promotes culture of good governance and feedback through proper implementation of complaint handling mechanism
• S/he lases with three tiers of federal government to facilitate CARE’s programs and advises on effective implementation of CARE’s program in context of on going fedelization process

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in social science or relevant field with minimum 3 years of experience in governance and accountability initiatives
