We are looking for a punctual and organised team player with the following qualifications and competencies:

  • 3-5 years management experience in Housekeeping, Rooms Division, Hotel Operations
  • Proven Management experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Meeting deadlines and flexible working hours mentality
  • Certificate or diploma in hospitality management is a plus
  • Experience in teaching is a plus

Job Description

As GH Co-Manager & Housekeeping Instructor you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing the operations of the entire guest house in collaboration with the Co-Manager
  • Daily Housekeeping activities and maintenance of rooms & public areas
  • Welcoming (check-in) and departing (check-out) guests
  • Defining needs of cleaning products, linen and general supplies
  • Checking daily stock level and do weekly inventory 
  • Ensuring all the equipment is well maintained
  • Organizing practice rotation of students of Room division training in collaboration with the FO instructor
  • Teaching Housekeeping and Laundry (theory & practice)
  • Assuring the quality and the pedagogical teaching methodology
  • Preparing and correcting exams, supervising student evaluations

  • Salary based on qualifications and experience
