Required Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

• Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant
• At least 15 years of progressive work experience in Finance & Accounts Dept having minimum 05 years of leadership experience in financial management. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Operation
• Ability to oversee overall operations of the company
• Proven experience in preparation of Financial Statements, MIS, Management Accounting, Financial Budgeting and Variances Reporting, Strategic Financial Planning, Financial Controlling and Business Planning
• Ability to devise strategies and mechanisms for profit maximization of the company
• Ability to develop new systems for financial control and management
• Ability to explore and identify innovative ideas for business growth
• Ability to direct and coordinate activities of businesses concerned with Accounts, Stores, Dispatch and Sales
• Comfortable with Sales Targets
• Good knowledge of Store and Warehouse Management
• Capacity to lead and drive a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of working process of various department
• Excellent Analytical, Decision Making, Organizational, Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills 
• Must be Result Oriented, Process Oriented
