Qualification and Experience:

• MBA
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate activities of business concerned with production, pricing, sales and distribution of products
• Prepare the work schedule for the management team and assigning specific duties
• Exploration of additional market and ways to enhance revenue of the company not limiting it from sales but from wastes sources too
• Reviewing the MFR (Monthly Finance Report), sales or activity reports or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement
• Planning of use of man, machine and material for optimum utilization of resources
• Driving the team for achieving the set target for the year and thereafter for continual growth
