Job Description

The incumbent provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place, to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The GM assists the organization to successfully implement and execute long-term and short-term goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Manage relationships with various stakeholders

Note:

Salary: It’s negotiable and no bar for deserving candidates. Salary for all the job categories commensurate with experience.
