  • Master’s Degree in Management or Equivalent with minimum 5 years work experience in managerial level
  • Applicant should have Managerial level experience in bank/cooperative institution of national level
  • Should be well versed with NRB Directives, Cooperative Act, Tax and other related prevailing laws
  • Computer/accounting software literate
  • Good managerial and organizational skill

Job Description

  • Advises the Board
  • Advocates/promotes organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission
  • Supports motivation of employees in organization products/programs and operations
  • Ensures staff and Board have sufficient and up-to-date information
  • Interfaces between Board and employees
  • Interfaces between organization and members
  • Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the Board
  • Decides or guides courses of action in operations by staff
  • Oversees operations of organization
  • Implements plans
  • Manages human resources of organization
  • Manages financial and physical resourcesOversee the organization’s daily operations to ensure efficient communication flow, product flow, quality service and cost-effective management of resources
  • HR planning and development skills
  • Plan and design businesses, new products and services as well as implement in coordination with various level and external parties.
  • Maintain strong relationship with customers for cooperative development.
  • Should have excellent computer skill and English proficiency.
  • Ability to formulate internal policies as per requirements.
  • Play active role in bringing technology for betterment of products, services and business processes,
  • Assists in the selection and evaluation of general members
  • Makes recommendations, supports Board during orientation and self-evaluation
  • Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations
