Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Coordinator - Hariyo Ban Program

Key responsibilities: :

The Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI) Coordinator will provide overall strategic and technical guidance from GESI perspectives in and across the program activities ensuring GESI mainstreaming into programs and policies. S/he will lead and promote gender equity and equality in program components of Hariyo Ban Program, and ensure leadership opportunities, meaningful participation and equitable benefit sharing for women and socially excluded groups in community groups through support in analysis and Impact measurement of the program.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in social science or women studies or other relevant subject with minimum 7 years experience in applying gender analysis and in-depth knowledge of gender and social inclusion issues from biodiversity, sustainable landscape and climate adaptation perspectives.
