• Assist the Director of Rooms in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.
• Lead by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm. 
• Knowledge of Opera and related systems
• Follow property specific second effort and recovery plan.
• Work with managers and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis
• Assist employees in understanding guests’ ever-changing needs and expectations, and exceeding them.
