  • Minimum 4-year experience in Hotel Front Desk supervisory

  • Basic Computer Skills, MS Excel, MS Word. Hotel Property Management Software (IDS) preferable
  • Excellent in time management skills and prioritization and workload
  • Strong commitment and dedication towards work


Job Description

  • Reports to Operations Manager/General Manager
  • Directly supervises all front office personnel and ensures proper completion of all Front Office duties
  • Build SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all activities related to Front Office and Implement and Execute with results
  • Take overall charge for the Front Office
  • Verifies that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyse rate variance, monitor credit report and maintain close observation of daily house count
  • Monitor selling status of house daily. Flash report, allowance etc.
  • Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting
  • Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments
  • Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules
  • Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests managers and other employees
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
