Job Description

The Front Office Associate is the initial point of contact for our guests, offering a seamless and welcoming arrival experience. This role is responsible for managing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and offering details about the hotel and its surrounding areas.


  • Greet and welcome guests, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process reservations via phone, social media and online booking platforms.
  • Professionally and swiftly handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Offer information regarding the hotel's amenities, room categories, pricing, and local tourist spots.
  • Safeguard and maintain accurate guest records, guaranteeing the confidentiality of all guest information.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.
  • Handle financial transactions, process payments, and manage invoicing tasks.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat and inviting consistently.
