Job Description

  • Welcome guest and greet them cheerfully
  • Register guest, assign rooms and complete check-in process
  • Telephone calls handling, billing and answer guest/visitors queries
  • Represent the hotel to the guest through all stages of their stay
  • Understand OTA system, room status and make reservations
  • Present options and alternatives to guest and offers assistance
  • Process guest checkouts
