About the job

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front House position at Tattva Hospitality in Kathmandu. The Front House staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills, Interpersonal Communication, and Communication skills
Customer Service and Presentations skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
High school diploma or equivalent
Salary is NPR 14000 and is negotiable
Atleast 1 year experience in this sector
