Overview:

Danphe Software Labs is seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for our web applications and interfaces' visual design and user experience. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers to bring our ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Translate design concepts into functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop clean, pixel-perfect, and responsive code using HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate designs seamlessly.
• Develop responsive and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Front-End Designer, with at least one year of professional work experience.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web design principles.
• Comfortable with Git.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS, LESS.
• Strong & meticulous eye for visual design, including typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with a JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js, Angular) is preferred but optional
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a bonus.

Working days/hours/location:

• We operate 40 hrs per week, 9 am-6 pm, Monday - Friday. 
• While we have entertained remote work for individuals with genuine cases, we prefer in-person work at our office premises in Anamnagar.
