Job Description

  • Handling Phone calls(Screening, answering & Forwarding), Relay incoming calls & take down messages
  • Attend to general phones & walk- in- clients/guest enquiries
  • To Fix appointments and meetings and communicate to the concerned person about the time and place of the meetings
  • To maintain official files/ documents/ Phone Directory in a proper manner
  • To handle FAX and other correspondence
  • Update Daily Sales Entries in Tally
  • Taking/Sending daily Sales Order
  • Filling Sales Report 
  • Collecting Sales Receipt from the Sales Executives
  • Sending the Daily Activities of the Sales Executives to the Factory
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Reports
