Job Description

Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and informative leaflets, brochures)
Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
Review Front Office log book and parents feedback forms on daily basis.
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages.
Answering parents, students inquires in person via phone and through emails
Offers refreshments (coffee, watered) to visitor, where applicable
Greets all residents, associates and visitors with a warm smile and pleasant tone of voice
