Job Description

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
  • Dear with customers' queries/complaints following standard practices
  • Ensure that customers' needs and expectations are met at their best
  • Deal with all new admission queries following the standard practices
  • Counsel the potential parents/students about schools' salient features
  • Keep all kinds of queries and complaints documented properly
  • Organize a school tour for prospective parents and students
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team to prepare promotional materials and resources to develop community outreach
  • Collaborate with the other departments to organize promotional events and activities to help promote the school
  • Handle telephone switchboard and deal with general inquiries
  • Ensure the smooth flow of communication within the school community
  • Assist supervisors to carry out day to day front office operation
  • Perform other administrative jobs as assigned by the school authorities
