Job Description

Reporting to: HR Manager

Purpose of the Job: 

To enhance the effectiveness by providing information management support; representing to others. 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Update and record staff daily attendance
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Carryout other task assigned by the management
