Job Description

  • Answer and direct all calls in a professional, friendly manner and take complete and accurate messages
  • Greet all incoming visitors, students and guardians with a warm and friendly welcome and manage check-in process for appointment and classes
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages and other correspondence
  • Receive and process for registration for classes
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls for Top management staffs
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain the adequate inventory
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Handle administrative requests and enquiries
  • Respond to query and provide appropriate information
  • Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation
  • Guiding students and troubleshoot emergencies, resolving confusion
  • Assisting & communicating other departments whenever necessary and maintaining good working relationships
  • Evaluating front office operations and recommend if any changes required
  • Identifying problems and advising for proactive solutions
