Job Description

  • Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
  • Responsible to attend the visitor 
  • Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
  • To handle petty cash 
  • To work within college policies and procedures
  • To contribute to the provision of an effective environment for learning
  • To support the promotion of positive relationships with pupils, parents and outside agencies
  • To be aware of the confidential nature of issues Contribute to efficient systems and tidiness of College office 
  • Responsible to collect the information according to the requirement even if it requires traveling
  • To handle complaints and any other grievances in a professional manner
  • Willing to take advice and work
  • To greet the visitors with smile and counsel them properly especially during the admission time
  • Other duties as assigned
