  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Management Stream, experienced in Hotel Front Desk Management will be given preference
  • Self-motivated and focused on goal attainment
  • Previous experience in similar capacity would be an asset
  • Results oriented in achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to make quick, accurate and timely decisions within the scope of the position
  • Experience of gathering leads through online, print and social media 
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, internally and externally
  • Experience of working with a CRM such as Salesforce, Mailchimp etc.

Job Description

  • Responsible for greeting the visitors at the office and registering their names and contact details
  • Responsible for providing information about the services and products of the organization
  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, order arranging for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner
  • Maintaining a sufficient record of costumers
  • Provide office support so as to ensure efficiency
  • Follow Up the costumers via phone calls, emails and report the executive accordingly
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
