Job Description

Bhugarbha Cement is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to handle reception duties and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Respond to inquiries or requests for information via phone, email, or in person.
  • Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist with managing office supplies, ordering, and inventory.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with various departments.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned by management.
