  • Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse team

Job Description

  • Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Deal with student's, parent's and visitor's queries and pass it to concerned authorities if necessary. 
  • Handle school's appointment, take messages and forward it to concerned departments.
  • Ensure the front office area is neat, tidy and presentable, with all necessary resources and materials.
  • Maintain and update all incoming and outgoing mails, letters and other official documents properly.
  • Coordinate with the security department to maintain visitors' log details.
  • Ensure that all equipment and devices at the front office are in functional condition.
  • Maintain and update all official documents/logbooks/forms/formats/register/files at the front office and keep it recorded physically as well as digitally
  • Perform other administrative and clerical jobs as and when assigned by the school's authorities.
