Job Description

The front desk officer is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, handling company inquiries, and schedule meetings for executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and screen visitors and incoming calls, determine the priority matters and provide the alert message.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc admin and logistics projects as required and provide Administrative and secretarial support to senior level management
  • Prepare memos, letters, quotations, purchase orders, and correspondences when required
  • Responsible to initiate, plan and organize internal and external events liaising with HR & Accounts
  • Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationship with team members
