Job Description

  • Maintain company’s accounts and keep books, records on all bank and cash transactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables and report to concerned authority on timely basis.
  • Manage and prepare payroll of temporary employee and disbursement of salary on timely basis.
  • Responsible for all necessary arrangements (preparing and sending invoice etc.) on the service taken, continuous follow-up with clients for payment and perform recovery activities as and when required.
  • Coordinate for timely payment to external parties against company’s transactions and settle commission with the concerned agencies if required.
  • Safeguard the cash, cheques, account books & software, accounting documents, file, bills, voucher, receipts and ensure the safety of cash transactions.
  • Assist the concerned authority in financial planning towards making financial decisions.
  • Regular visit to Sales department and other support departments with agendas
  • Maintain good cash flow of the organization by aligning with sales activities and concern team members
  • Intact communication with concern team members about the financial activities (receivable update from clients and vendor payment)
  • Regular updates with the Bank, VAT, Cash and debtor’s reconciliation.
  • Proper filling of all the documents and update VAT Books on a timely basis.
  •  Account keeping should be in updated form in accounting software.
  • Take reports from billing staff and get updated with the information regarding the payment receivable on a weekly basis.
  • Visit Banks and other concerned offices for the official work as and when needed.
  • Submit Petty cash, payment receivable, payable details and follow up details to the concerned authority on timely basis.
  • Supervise Messenger and provide office visit details on a daily basis.
  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.
  • Provide directions, instructions and guidance to the team members for the purpose of achieving a certain goal.
  • Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure and motivate and inspire team members.
  • Monitor and track daily leave and attendance of team members and handle the grievances of each member.
  • Regular monitor and supervise everyday tasks and activities and ensure the proper implementation of all tasks following the pre-determined SOP and standards.
  • Update team’s activities in regular basis and report to the HOD in the stipulated time for better results.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports and submit a report to the HOD/ management in the stipulated time period.
