• Short term & long term business plan, financial planning & analysis and business support activities
• Responsibility over systems, controls & automation
• Ensure all internal controls for finance and business activities
• Post Qualification Experience of minimum 1 year in related field
  
• Lead day to day financial operations including: accounting, auditing, financial planning, payroll, A/P and A/R
  
• Preparation and updating of books of Accounts on timely basis
  
• Oversee, direct and ensure the integrity, preparation, review, analysis and timely submission of all financial reports for management review including, preparation of monthly MIS reports, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements
  
• Lead statutory accounts and audit responsibility, ensuring compliance with all legal and Regulatory/statutory requirements
  
• Monitor Budget &Cash flow to ensure proper management of the fund
  
• Monitor expenditure and ensure disbursement of fund after proper approval and authorization from the proper authority, including suggestions to the management regarding potential issues and threats in relation to unauthorized expenditure
  
• Oversee the relationship with bankers and other related parties to ensure smooth facilitation of financial transactions
  
• Constantly monitor changes in rules & regulations related to taxation & accounting
  
• Lead and grow a team through driving achievable goals and a strong performance based culture
• Ability to negotiate with vendors & suppliers
