• Should have completed a Master's Degree (MBS/MBA) or CA preferred
  
• 3-4 years in similar properties or preference will be given to those who have worked in five-star properties
  
• Knowledge of VAT AND TAXATION, TDS, Companies Act, Deferred tax/ Internal audit or control is mandatory
• Knowledge of IDS software.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role
  
• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
  
• Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
  
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
  
• Proficiency in accounting software
  
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills
  
• Leadership abilities
