  • Bachelor's Degree of Commerce, Business Studies or Equivalent or Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent preferred Minimum 3 years of experience or Intermediate degree with at least 10 years of experience in independently handling budgeting, financial accounting, planning, analysis, Procurement Management/Finance/ Office Administration in I/NGO and preferably within the Plan's project


Job Description

  • Support and ensure all the payments are made following proper financial procedures.
  • Ensure proper supporting documents for expense verification
  • Preparation and administration of payroll adhering to the required compliance.
  • Issuance and settlement of employee advance.
  • Reconciliation of payable and receivable ledger.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliation.
  • Provide financial analysis to the project lead including the board
  • Lead in the implementation and execution of the sourcing process including preparing solicitation documents, sending documents to preferred/potential suppliers, collating all necessary documents and recommending vendors/suppliers to relevant authorities including Purchase Committee (PC).
  • Contacts and receives formal quotes from appropriate suppliers; compares costs and evaluates the quality and suitability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
  • Assist to increase cost saving through healthy negotiation and ensure to effective and efficient service and fast and flexible. 
  • Lead negotiations for strategic and large supplier contracts. 
  • Manage long-term supplier relationships.
  • Maintain the supplier relationship without compromising the ethics and value of procurement principles.
