The Finance and Administration Coordinator (FAC) provides support to LWR’s operations in Nepal.  The FAC will serve as the focal point for office administration and day to day management of the office. In addition, the FAC will assist in basic office accounting, data entry, and petty cash management procedures in accordance with international accounting standards. The position is a full-time position with a standard salary and benefits package.   

Qualifications: 

  • Deep commitment to LWR’s core values and ability to model those values in relationships with colleagues and partners
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, public administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Experience with accounting software preferred
  • Must be efficient, reliable, highly organized and have good interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Energetic, hardworking, committed and a team player with “can-do” attitude
