Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
Arranging and managing financial requirements, cash flow management, and liaising with banks
Maintaining proper books of accounts, conducting a timely audit, tax compliance, and filing of return of income
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise

Reporting to: Managing Director
Job Type: Permanent

Note: Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) are highly preferrable.

Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
Meet financial accounting objectives
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
The incumbent shall be assisted by a team of 2-3 officials who shall carry out the groundwork and would need to be supervised.

Note: Women candidates and prior experience in manufacturing entities shall be preferred.
