Company Background

An exciting new opportunity awaits you as we are hiring a Field Support Specialist for BijuliPower Product in a rapidly growing fin-tech company, Aloi Private Limited. Aloi Private Limited is a technology company that builds loan insight software. You would be working from our office in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu.

BijuliPower

BijuliPower is a product under Aloi, which works with electric vehicles and provides financing to the green energy entrepreneurs. BijuliPower will also help those entrepreneurs build credit scores, provide digital loans and marketing private hire services to passengers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Approaching and onboarding new clients for the product.
  • Mobilising the field staff and overseeing their daily activities.
  • Overall field related activities implementation.
  • Provide support to the team such as in training and workshops.
  • Take initiatives to solve problems, provide feedback, and continuous improvement regarding field work and software implementation.
  • Build good relationships with existing clients and extend the partnership further.
  • Assist in the documentation, translation, and content preparation.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the product.
