Job Description

  • Set clear expectations, provide needed autonomy to team members, timely track and monitor the progress and give recognition for results
  • Implement the plans and strategies to fulfil the mission and goals of the project efficiently and effectively
  • Manage the overall day to day activities of the Project as per the situation and requirement of Project undertaken with minimal supervision 
  • Deploy field staffs and coordinate for regular monitoring of Work Process
  • Handle the queries reported by Field Staffs regarding field-based issues on consultation with the project team
  • Constantly monitor the project status, progress, problems and solutions
  • Provide guidance to the team members whenever needed to accomplish their task on time and achieve the target
  • Understand the sensitivity of project undertaken to avoid obstacles that can affect the project report to concerned authority beforehand as well as keep team members informed of risk factors
  • Coordination with different Stakeholders for the smooth operations of the project from respective units
  • Information & data management, proper documentation and filing of each process and progress related to project
  • Report to Project Manager on overall progress and activities about the projects. Prepare detail field report on all jobs performed and submit a report to the concerned authority on a regular basis
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
