  • Bachelor in Hotel Management or Advance diploma in hotel Management
  • The Candidate must have pleasant personality with more than 8 years of experience in 4-star hotel and having a sound knowledge of F& B service department.
  • Must have ability to quickly build relationships with customers and team
  • Must have both strong analytical and communication skills. Should be highly detail oriented and organized
  • Should have excellent writing, communication and presentation skills (both in English and Nepali)
  •  He /she should be Nepalese citizen

Job Description

  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  • Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
