Job Specification

Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Must be a Graduate in any discipline (Graduate in Travel and Tourism is preferred)
At least 2 years’ working experience in similar position
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal in English
Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage
Must be able to develop tour packages for all possible destinations with costing and identify interesting travel routes or places of interest to meet the needs of different clients from different part of the world
Must be a Nepalese citizen

Job Description

Interacting with customers who are mostly foreigners and helping them in travelling around India and other Asian destinations.
Making tour itineraries and tour descriptions for specific requests.
Understanding the booking interface and managing the daily bookings coming from the sales offices.
Coordinating with hotels/suppliers/associates in getting the bookings confirmed.
Assisting and coordinating in day to day office activities, tour inspections etc
