Position: Executive Sous Chef/Sr. Sous chef/Sous Chef- 02
Candidates have a pleasant personality and should be able to manage kitchen production independently as well as the overall administrative aspects of the kitchen. BHM or Diploma with a minimum of 4/5 years of similar experience in the kitchen or 8/10 years of professional experience in a 5/4-star international chain hotel in a similar role as Sr. Sous chef or Sous Chef.
