Job Description

Job Summary

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.) of Executives.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate to the concerned authority
  • Support in preparing agendas for meetings, conferences of Executives and responsible to keep minutes accordingly
  • Maintain proper documentations, conduct research and presentations as assigned by the concerned authority
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Arrange vehicle for the meetings or events and coordinate with specific individual for the routes
  • Assist the concerned authority by providing administrative support
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
  • Prepare reports of all job performed in a proper structure and submit it to the concerned authority
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the concerned authority

  • Salary Offered:  NRs. 18000/- Monthly
